The fact that I loved my job so much made it easy. *Hardest part? can't say there was anything hard about it. *Co-workers? As a whole, everyone does their job and I loved that about our team. *Management? I've got 20 years experience in that department and I would love to see some of them show more interest in all of the their people, not just certain ones. *What I learned from working at Kiowa Casino is that I loved the regular patrons and the feeling is mutual as they still remain in contact with me. We will return and look forward to staying in the hotel.*A typical day for security on my shift was to work with the soft/drop teams every day (except Mon/Wed), provide escorts from the employee window to the necessary departments, escort main bankers to the floor when necessary to work on Kiosks and walk the floor to ensure patrons are following casino policies. They could work on the ventilation better. Also the casino is smokey, most casinos are. All the staff from the buffet, bar tenders, wait staff, players club, door greeters,etc we very friendly and helpful. PBR beer was only $1.50 in a plastic cup with their logo you can keep as a souvenir. Full bar with a large selection of draft beer plus bottled beer.

The slots seemed tight in the casino both days. Ice cream with toppings, cobblers, fruit, salad bar, etc. Fried shrimp, chicken fried steak, real mashed potatoes, the best homemade chili, etc. Saturday we came back for the BBQ lunch buffet, $13. Small portions they refill as needed so the food is hot and fresh. Alot of times buffets are bland and set out huge pans.

It is made in small batches and is full of flavor. The buffet is not huge but the food is fresh and hot. Friday night we ate the cajun buffet for $13. My husband and I visited the casino Friday and Saturday Sept 27-28, 2019.
